Mind Journey

Take a journey into your mind.

Most women who feel stuck are so busy “doing” stuff or just existing, or they wait so hard for signs that they don’t take time to get still to hear what their intuitive guidance is telling them.

This is a quick and easy way to access that...a 5-minute audio guided meditation.

It's an important first step in this 5-day experience.

The importance of this meditation is that it sets up a relaxed space to inquire of your intuitive knowing and a visualization of your heart's desire.

We'll talk about why this matters in today's LIVE.

✨ Find a comfortable place to relax where you won't be disturbed.
✨ After the meditation, take out a journal and write down anything that comes to mind.
✨ Start with these questions and add anything else that comes to you:

  1. What was my vision?
  2. How did I feel?
  3. What steps did I have to take in my vision?

It's time to inquire...what's stopping you.

If you feel stuck, it’s because something’s stopping you that you haven’t examined HOW it’s not serving you, and if you’re like most stuck women, you might not know how cathartic it is to actually move it out and how much lighter you feel once you get it on paper, or just out where you can see it.

Take some time to get quiet and really give some thought to this.

In today's live, we'll talk about the importance of your state when you do inquiry like this.

This is an experience you DO NOT want to miss.

Most unfocused, overthinking women who feel stuck aren't aware that they aren't aware of the energy (emotions) stuck in their body and how it can manifest as lethargy, apathy, illness, anxiety, depression and much more.

  1. Give yourself uninterrupted 16 minutes of time.

  2. When you've finished, write in a journal any A-HAs you had. Start with these questions:

✨ Did I notice the energy moving to another area?
✨ How did the energy feel, i.e., heavy, warm, achy, throbbing etc.?
✨ How do I feel after practicing this?
